To over stretch the valuation can ultimately lead to missing out on genuine buyers, delaying your sale and potentially reducing the price that you eventually achieve. A high valuation can be tempting but it could cost you much more in the end. We always strive for the very best sale price possible.

    Whilst it's currently true that there are no qualifications required for someone to set themselves up as an Estate Agent in the UK, all our staff have undergone professional industry training through “Propertymark,” the UK trade body for agents. Our team are qualified to at least level 3, and more senior staff were amongst the first group of agents in the UK to pass the new level 4 qualification in 2024.

    This means our staff have a solid knowledge of property related matters, not just the day-to-day business. This knowledge can affect the value of a property, can pre-empt potential issues when a survey is carried out, or can help find solutions when issues arise.

    The dedicated and experienced office team then take over in terms to secure viewings, obtain feedback, negotiate offers and manage your sale through to completion all whilst keeping you fully informed.

We remain actively involved and will be regularly reviewing your property to offer our professional advice as to how to expidite a sale whether this be through cost effective improvements that you can make to the property or through some form of enhanced marketing that we need to do.
