Every property being marketed for sale or let in the UK requires an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
If you're selling your home with Grant Estate Agents then the EPC is included within our sale fees at no additional cost to vendors.
Many agents charge in the region of £70-£100 for an EPC but we can provide one for just £60 including VAT even when your not selling through our agency. We can also provide EPC's for landlords rental properties often for substantially less than you might pay elsewhere.
The certificate is an assessment of the energy usage and efficiency of your home and lets potential buyers or tenants see what the typical running costs might be comapred with other properties, or where they could save money through more effiecient energy usage.
